Manchester Center ...a mixed use facility in the heart of Fresno Manchester Center was the first regional mall in Fresno. Its central location and strong population base have always made it an attractive retail site. Today it is being redeveloped into a mixed-use facility that will build on its retail core. There are 640,000 square feet of GLA anchored by Sears and Gottschalks. The Manchester Center Sears location is in the top 100 of the company as far as sales are concerned and generates a great deal of foot traffic. Other retailers include: Radio Shack, Avenue, Footlocker, Payless Shoe Source, Millers Outpost and Sally Beauty Supply just to name a few. Other amenities include a barber shop, hair salon, nail salon, dental clinic, Credit Union and City Utilities pay center. In addition, Regal Cinemas occupies an 80,000 foot, 4000 seat facility. Our mixed-use concept continues on the second floor and East wing of the property which has been converted into offices containing some 176,000 square feet of space. We have already leased over 163,000 square feet of this office space. Also located on the second floor is our thriving food court area which boasts a seating capacity of over 225 and a variety of eight fast food retailers.
